Strategy

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (Global Fund) started a process to develop a new strategy for 2017-2022 early in 2015. The strategy will be the roadmap used to guide the Global Fund during a critical period during which high impact interventions must be scaled up in order to achieve an end to HIV, tuberculosis, and malaria.

ICASO is supporting civil society and key populations to share information with communities about opportunities to shape the content of the strategy, and disseminate it during roll-out.

The Draft Summary of Civil Society Priority ‘Asks’ Concerning the 2017-2021 Global Fund Strategy produced by ICSS and ICASO provides a list of the key recommendations made during civil society consultations held to provide input into the development of the Global Fund strategic plan 2017-22.
