The guide is a resource for leaders, advocacy and monitoring and evaluation staff of civil society organisations (including networks) who are involved in designing, implementing and assessing advocacy projects at different levels – international, national and sub-national. The facilitator’s guide that describes how to run a two-day skills-building workshop to cover the content of the learner’s guide and apply the skills learned. Accompanying the learner’s guide (the main handout and reference material for sessions), there are ten PowerPoint presentations and a document for facilitators called Measuring up: workshop supplementary facilitation material.
