A global consultation on Community Systems Strengthening (CSS) was hosted by APN+/7Sisters (the Civil Society Action Team’s (CSAT) regional hub for Asia Pacific), in Bangkok, Thailand, on June 30-July 1 2009. It provides a description and analysis of key challenges for the UNAIDS as well as recommendations.
