CSAT MENA Workshop - Concept Note and Agenda

The Civil Society Action Team (CSAT) workshop, held in Marrakech, Morocco, from April 14-16, brought together some 50 civil society participants from 15 countries from the Middle East and Northern Africa, to review the implementation of HIV programs funded by the Global Fund. The workshop was supported by Grant Management Solutions (GMS), the US Agency for International Development (USAID) project; the German bilateral agency, GTZ Back-up Initiative; and the French NGO, AIDES France.
The participants used the opportunity to develop an action plan to address implementation challenges and to better prepare their organizations for the roles of Principal Recipients of Sub-Recipients of Global Fund grants.
