Community systems are community-led structures and mechanisms used by community members and community based organizations and groups to interact, coordinate and deliver their responses to the challenges and needs affecting their communities. This Global Fund information note describes the community systems strengthening (CSS) approach and how it can be incorporate into Global Fund proposals.
