An assessment of Technical Support to Civil Society Organizations Involved in Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria Programs in Armenia, Belarus, Tajikistan) is a joint report from the CSAT- Eastern Europe and Central Asia hub and the Eurasian Harm Reduction Network. It evaluates the range and quality of technical support providers in the referenced countries, particularly as it relates to civil society participation on CCMs and as Principal and Sub-Recipients of Global Fund grants.
