Supporting communities to build an effective response to HIV
The foundation of all of ICASO’s work is the reliance on building strong and self-sustaining organizations and networks at all levels that are strategically and effectively linked. The recent downturn in funding for AIDS as major donors move away from AIDS-specific demand-driven funding makes the need for effective, efficient and focused use of funds ever more critical. ICASO is committed to supporting communities engage in policy dialogue and provide them with access to information that they can use to make informed decisions about involvement and policy action.
