Satellite Sessions

Deadline for submission: 31 March 2008

Description

Satellite sessions occur througout the Conference, starting on the day of the Opening session. Satellite sessions are held in the Conference venue and room allocation is made by staff at the International AIDS Society. Satellite sessions can be hosted by any organization or group but the topic must fit the goals and objectives of the Conference. All orders and information will be handled through the Online Satellites and Exhibition Management (OSEM) tool, available from the conference website from 1 November 2007.

Note: There is a fee for Satellite sessions, however, community groups may apply for a fee-waiver. There are a limited number of fee waivers available, which apply to identified gaps in the Conference Programme. Fee waiver applications should be sent to satellites@aids2008.org and will be reviewed by the Conference Programme department on a case-by-case basis.
