PLHIV Lounge

Description

Each International AIDS Conference offers a lounge for people living with HIV. The purpose of the Lounge is for PLHIV delegates to rest, relax and refresh themselves. Each Lounge is different but in the past they have typically offered meals or healthy snacks, beds to rest on, massage services, Internet café, counseling, and small meeting spaces. The mood of the Lounge is quiet and restful.

The lounge at AIDS 2008 will be organized by the PLHIV group, Red Mexicana.
