Description

Affiliated Events occur before the Conference (Pre-conferences) or during the Conference but outside of the hours of the official programme (including Satellites). Organizations or groups organize their own Affiliated Events, find their own venue and bear all the costs.

To become an official Affiliated Event you will need to apply to the Conference for approval. Once approved you can use the Conference logo on your materials and you will be listed in the programme and on the website under Affiliated Events.
