О Международном совете СПИД-сервисных организаций (ICASO): Организация ICASO основана в 1991 году. В качестве ведущего мирового объединения организаций, работающих в области ВИЧ/СПИДа, сеть секретариатов ICASO работает во всем мире, в регионах и на местном уровне, охватывая более 100 стран. Международный секретариат ICASO, который находится в Торонто (Канада), работает с Региональными секретариатами на пяти континентах: AfriCASO, AAE, APCASO, LACCASO и NACASO. Le présent Cadre de renforcement des systèmes communautaires a été mis au point à partir de l’expérience et en partant du principe qu’il fallait plus de clarté et une meilleure compréhension de ce que cela suppose. Il est destiné à permettre un accroissement du soutien financier et technique en faveur du renforcement des systèmes communautaires, en particulier (mais pas seulement) pour les organisations et les réseaux communautaires. Ce Cadre définit la terminologie du renforcement des systèmes communautaires et envisage des solutions pour que les systèmes communautaires contribuent à améliorer les résultats dans le domaine de la santé. Il propose une approche systématique pour comprendre les éléments essentiels des systèmes communautaires et pour la conception, la mise en oeuvre, le suivi et l’évaluation des interventions destinées à renforcer ces éléments.

El Marco de Trabajo para el Fortalecimiento de los Sistemas Comunitarios se ha desarrollado en función de la experiencia y reconocimiento de la necesidad de una mayor claridad y comprensión del FSC. Su objetivo es facilitar un mayor financiamiento y apoyo técnico para el FSC, en particular (pero no exclusivamente) a las organizaciones y redes de organizaciones de base comunitaria. El Marco de Trabajo define la terminología del FSC y aborda las formas en que los sistemas comunitarios contribuyen a mejorar los resultados en la salud. Proporciona un enfoque sistemático para la comprensión de los componentes esenciales de los sistemas comunitarios y para el diseño, ejecución, monitoreo y evaluación de intervenciones para fortalecer estos componentes.
