In February 2010, UNAIDS "called for an international effort to reflect on and renew the commitment countries have made to achieve Universal Access to HIV prevention, treatment, care and support".
These reviews are currently taking place in many countries.You urgently need to mobilize your colleagues and contact your government and UNAIDS!!!!
