CSAT Information Alert: Changes at the Global Fund

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria held its 27th Board Meeting in Geneva. The meeting highlighted many changes within the Global Fund including the upcoming selection of a new Executive Director, the restructuring of the Global Fund Secretariat and the finalization of the new funding model. This Information Alert focuses on two core aspects: the changes to the funding model and changes within the Global Fund Secretariat, discussing in particular how they may affect civil society organizations and the community sector.
