This report presents a summary of the results of a Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the Civil Society Action Team (CSAT) - a civil society-led global initiative to coordinate, broker and advocate for technical support to civil society organizations (CSOs) implementing or seeking grants from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria (the Global Fund).
