Final report on the regional workshop & training on GF issues for SRs and SSRs of GF grants

The purpose of the seminar was to support national and global solutions to problems experienced by harm reduction projects and NGOs involved in the Global Fund grant implementation in EECA as sub- and sub-sub-recipients by building their advocacy and managerial capacity. Also at the seminar the organizers set the task to raise awareness and increase understanding of SRs and SSRs representatives of the Global Fund structure, its mechanisms and processes at the country and global levels.
